Which Are You?

At some point you had a dream of doing bodywork.
Was it because you wanted to help people?
Was it because you were told you were good at it?
Was it because you didn't know what else to do?
Did you get into bodywork because you like working with your hands?
Did you learn bodywork because at one point bodywork helped heal you?
These are all very valid reasons to do bodywork, but owning your own business goes past being good with your hands and wanting to to help others.
There's more to it:
You want to help others, but do you know how to objectively analyze what needs to happen to make your business prosper?
You were told you are good with your hands, but are you good with project and time management?
You figured "why not", but do you have what it really takes to run a successful business?
You enjoy working with your hands, but do you know how to effectively promote yourself?
Bodywork may have helped you, but do you know how to pull the necessary resources together to have a thriving business?
Just because a person is a great business owner, that does not make them a great therapist.
Similarly, being a great therapist does not make you a great business person.
Can you answer "yes" to any of these questions:
Do you feel like you spend too much time at your desk trying to keep your business going rather than doing bodywork?
Do you constantly fret about not having enough clients?
Do you have great ideas but they never get put into action?
Do you know what you want to do, but do not know where to start or get overwhelmed by all the details?

I offer you my years of experience and expertise as a successful bodywork business owner, who has a business degree.
Not many people come into bodywork having previous experience as an entrepreneur, manager, sales person and technician.
